Second Graders have been working with a variety of tools to create an image of their own home. We created a line drawing using Sharpies then used pattern plates and crayons to create a sense of texture. Students finished by adding watercolor resist. In this piece they worked to create sense of space, depth, texture, and how to use watercolor paints effectively.
